Bronagh O’Neill
Bronagh O’Neill has worked in CAN since 2018. Her work includes leadership and organisational development within a human rights framework, with a particular emphasis on inter-cultural community leadership, inter-agency collaborative practice, and active citizenships. She has over 25 years of leadership and change management experience in the Community and Voluntary Sector, operating in frontline, management, and governance roles, primarily in a youth work context. Her ongoing professional training informs this work, including the use of Structural Dynamics to successfully influence change in high-stakes group settings. She is now in the final stage of training as a Group Analyst.
